Tamil Politics are in ‘wait and see’ mode post the demise of Jayalalithaa. Loyalist, O Paneer Selvam is back at the helm but everyone in the state is very sure that it is a short-lived stint for Paneer Selvam and Sasikala will aim for the CM Chair anytime soon or later.

Some political experts say that Sasikala is waiting for the final verdict of the disproportionate assets cases and will want to take the CM Chair only after that. But then AIADMK sources say that Sasikala is seeking the advice of some famous astrologers about when to take over.
They say, “It is quite certain Sasikala will take over as Tamil Nadu Chief Minister. Before or after Pongal remains to be seen. All depends on case verdict and astrologer’s advice. It is certain that she would not allow OPS to remain there for a long time”.
