The aeroplane disaster in Ahmedabad has shocked the entire nation. Collateral damage of the crash was the death and injury of innocent MBBS students in BJ Medical College UG hostel mess.
The plane that caught fire mid-air directly crashed into the medical college UG hostel mess, resulting in the death of students. Though the number of students who died is yet to be known, it has left the families of students in deep anguish.

As latest reports come in, hundreds of deaths are being reported. The situation is horrifying in Meghani Nagar, Ahmedabad. The Air India flight on its way to London crashed resulting in deaths and serious injuries to medicos.
Three National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) teams have reached the spot from Gandhinagar. Three more teams are being moved from Vadodara.

Prime Minister Modi posted on X – The tragedy in Ahmedabad has stunned and saddened us. It is heartbreaking beyond words. In this sad hour, my thoughts are with everyone affected by it.

In all 242 people were on board, including 230 passengers and 12 crew members. At least 133 people are said to have died in the incident. The plane took off from Sardar Vallabhai Patel International Airport, Ahmedabad.
