South Indian politics are often based on intense rivalries and conflicting duals. But the last few days have been rather dry and cold in this regard and let’s have a look into this side of the story.
Coming to Andhra Pradesh, YS Jagan and Pawan Kalyan are unavailable for completely different reason.
Pawan Kalyan, who had recently undergone a surgery is currently recovering from the same as he was advised at least 10 days rest by the medical team. He is currently rejuvenating and is likely to be back in the action soon.
When it comes to Jagan Mohan Reddy, he has flown off on private vacation with his family to London earlier this week. He will be spending a couple of weeks in London and will be returning to India in the second week of May.
It is Chandrababu Naidu and Lokesh, who are the central figures of Andhra politics, and they have been running the show.
In Tamil Nadu, the administration is on leisure mode as the elections were completed just a few days back and the results are scheduled for May 4.
Meanwhile, chief minister Stalin and his son Uday have flown off on vacations to Kodaikanal and Dubai, respectively. Opposition leader Palaniswamy is also rather subdued.
There is this interesting coincidence between Andhra and Tamil Nadu politics where certainly leaders are unavailable in the political arena as we’re observing a period of slump as opposed to the usual fierce political atmosphere.
