Surprise Pic: Chandrababu & Daggubati Venkateswarrao Unites

Chandrababu Naidu and Daggubati Venkateswarrao were together during the power change in TDP. Later Daggubati differed with Chandrababu and subsequently joined Congress. Even though that did not change his political fortunes, his wife Purandeshwari became a Central Government.

Late YSR used Venkateswarrao to hit Chandrababu and the latter also wrote a couple of books against Chandrababu. Purandeshwari shifted to BJP after the bifurcation. Venkateswarrao and their son, Hitesh surprised everyone by joining YSR Congress just before the 2019 elections.

Hitesh was to contest from Paruchur but could not due to a citizenship issue. Venkateswarrao himself contested at the last minute but lost the election. There have been reports that Jagan sidelined them after the elections. In the wake of this, Chandrababu Naidu and Daggubati were seen together at NTR’s daughter Uma Maheshwari’s daughter’s engagement.

They are seen exchanging pleasantries while Chandrababu’s wife Bhuvaneshwari is seen with Purandeshwari. It has to be seen if this is just a formality meeting or if that would brew into something else.
