Central government is in all praises for the internet to home scheme being implemented in Andhra Pradesh. The state is using the existing electric polls to lay the optical fiber and had amazing completed the plan map of this project in 10 days. The state further laid optical fibre for 10000 Kilometers in just one week.

The center is conducting a meeting with the IT officials of all the states on 23rd of this month. The center will explain Andhra Pradesh model to all the states and will ask them to take AP as role model for this ambitious project. The central government is planning to bring 2.5 Lakh Gram Panchayats in the country under internet coverage by 2018 December.
Andhra Pradesh is leading in this scheme and the internet is already rolled out in Vishakapatnam couple of months ago. The state government is planning to bring the entire state under this scheme in the next couple of months. Affordable internet to every household will change the face of the nation in near future.
