Who Are The TDP Leaders Who Helped Mudragada?

Who are the TDP leaders who helped Mudragada? Former Kapu leader Mudragada Padmanabham was critically ill recently and was admitted to hospital. He has now recovered and returned home safely. He released a letter thanking YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and YSR Congress leaders for their support.

Mudragada mentioned that Jagan even offered to arrange an air ambulance to Hyderabad, though he felt it was not needed. He listed the names of YSR Congress leaders who stood by his family during the difficult time. There was also a surprise mention in his note.

He revealed that some TDP leaders had also extended support to him and his family. Yanamala Ramakrishnudu, Nimmakayala Chinnarajappa, and Jyothula Nehru were among those who helped. Their gesture came as unexpected but meaningful support during his illness.

Mudragada has worked earnestly since 2014 to defeat the Telugu Desam Party in the name of Kapu reservations. After YS Jagan Mohan Reddy won in 2019, he left the issue aside. Before the 2024 elections, he joined the YSR Congress and campaigned for the party.

This makes the support of TDP leaders even more surprising. It shows that humanity was placed above politics in his case. Mudragada was once in the TDP himself, and long personal friendships may have continued beyond political differences.
