
Vallabhaneni Vamsi had to face disappointment as his bail petition in Satyavardhan kidnap case has been struck down.
The Vijayawada SC, ST Court struck down the petition of the ex Gannavaram MLA. The counsel on Satyavardhan’s side argued that there was fear for life of Gannavaram TDP office computer operator, if Vamsi is given bail. They further argued that more details need to be taken from the accused.

The counsel on Vamsi’s side argued that since he has been in remand, bail has to be given to him. After hearing both sides, the Court struck down bail petition.
It is known that Vamsi’s bail in TDP office attack case has been struck down on Thursday.

The Court gave fresh directives extending Vamsi’s remand till April 9.
The lawyers of Vamsi have been fighting to get him out on bail. However, there is little sympathy on Vallabhaneni Vamsi among netizens or public, especially in the Gannavaram TDP office attack case.
