Vijaya Sai Reddy’s Cheap Politics in Parliament

Union Minister from TDP, Sujana Chowdary today listed out the contentious issues of Andhra Pradesh in the Parliament and demanded that the Finance Minister should clarify and give a clear assurance of them in his budget address.

Sujana has given 15 days time for the center and said only on a promise that it will happen, the protests will be put on hold until then. But then, YSR Congress MP Vijaya Sai Reddy objected to Sujana Chowdary talking against the Cabinet Decision.

“Sujana Chowdary is the part of the Cabinet which ratified the Budget. He can oppose the Cabinet decision by resigning. How can he oppose the decision by being in the cabinet,” Vijaya Sai Reddy raised a Point of Order. Rajya Sabha Chairman, however, said Sujana Chowdary can always give suggestions and his statement cannot be taken as against to the Cabinet decision.

This is really cheap politics from YSR Congress. Does that mean Vijaya Sai Reddy does not appreciate the minister raking the issues pertaining to AP? Did he want Sujana Chowdary to support the Union Cabinet in the Parliament and support BJP?
