Telangana is insisting that water allocations have to be resolved before doing that and wants to continue water sharing like last year. However AP did not agree for that as Telangana did not comply with Board instructions many times last year and AP had to plead them water. Telangana officials assured that that happened only on couple of occasions and will not happen again.

Andhra Pradesh did not agree for Telangana’s proposal and served an ultimatum to the center to take the projects under the control of KRMB or allow them to main the projects on their land by themselves. Telangana also raised the concerns on Pattiseema and demanded share in that but AP reminded that the meeting is only for Krishna Water now. One more meeting will happen today to resolve the deadlock.
