YS Jagan Mohan Reddy seem to have completely given up hopes on Telangana and transformed in to a Pakka Andhra Politician. Andhrodu usually called by KCR. Jagan had taken up Jala Deeksha against the projects planned by Telangana government. He went on to curse Telangana that if they defy Rayalaseema of water, the state will suffer from the curse of AP people.

He advised KCR that it is not right to construct projects with out permissions but asked him to come together with AP government to fight against illegal projects of Karnataka and Maharashtra. He went on to say KCR grabbed Hyderabad depriving jobs to AP people and asked him to not to make water scarce as well.
Jagan seem to be projecting himself as fighter of Andhra rights. He is hoping that having no stakes in Telangana politics will help people of AP believe him more than Chandrababu. For this reason, the party is also not pursuing the disqualification petitions of the jumped YSR Congress MLAs and MP in Telangana.
