Jagan Intentionally Avoids Vijayamma?

For the last year, we have been hearing that all is not well between Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and his mother, Vijayamma.

There is a rift between Jagan and Sharmila and we have seen Vijayamma actively participating in Sharmila’s party affairs despite Jagan disowning it.

A few days ago, there are rumors that Vijayamma would step down as YSR Congress’ Honorary President after the party’s plenary in July.

And today is the Birthday of Vijayamma. Sharmila went all the way to Pulivendula to wish her but Jagan gave it a miss. There are rumors that Jagan got an ad-hoc Vizag tour planned to avoid it.

He will be back in Tadepalli in the evening and going to Pulivendula is not on the schedule.

At the time of writing this article, Jagan did not even tweet Birthday wishes to his mother.

If Vijayamma really resigns to YSR Congress, it will be big trouble for Jagan politically.
