Sunitha Reddy approached the Supreme Court in the murder case. She filed a petition that the trial of the case should be conducted under the supervision of the Supreme Court.

To this extent, the central and state governments and the CBI have been included as respondents in the petition.

She stated in the petition that there is no progress in the CBI investigation and the accused are filing cases against the investigating officers.

Sunitha has become a thorn in the flesh of the YSR Congress. The majority of the accused belong to YSR Congress.

CBI investigation is clearly pointing out at Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy.

Earlier, Sunitha alleged the role of Avinash Reddy in Vivekananda Reddy’s murder. She asked the speaker to order an investigation into the Kadapa MP’s role.

There are doubts in the general public if the Central government is helping Jagan in this regard.
