‘Holi With Blood’ Slogans, Will YCP Win Anytime Soon?

The YSRCP is digging its own grave. Despite repeated warnings by the ruling party to tone down their aggression and behave, the party is going from bad to worse.

All of Andhra Pradesh is disgusted with the overuse of rappa rappa slogans. During the early days, when the YSRCP used the slogan, everyone thought it was repeating a popular movie dialogue. However, as days are going by, it has become clear that YSRCP has almost made it their party anthem.

Ex CM Jagan was in Nellore for a wedding. With Holi approaching, the cadre that came to see him shouted slogans saying they will have a “blood holi” after YSRCP comes to power.

On one hand, YSRCP leaders talk of red book politics. But red book is about taking a legal route to those who were in the wrong. Here, the YSRCP leaders and cadre are talking of blood holi, which is actually scary.

With this kind of cadre and such violent thoughts, the party hopes to win future elections. Despite having 11 MLAs including himself, Jagan seems to be encouraging the culture instead of talking of development and progress. Jobs, social welfare are buzz words for Andhra Pradesh citizens, not blood baths.

Rayalaseema was the adda of factionism and YSR family was part of the culture. After efforts by police, the film industry, factionism died down in Rayalaseema.

But YSRCP cadre is trying to revive blood politics in the entire state. Do people of Andhra Pradesh want it? Definitely no. Looks like YSRCP is in a political suicide mode.
