Tension In YCP, Another Minister To Lose Seat?

It appears like YSR Congress MLAs are facing severe anti-incumbency. The Party High Command is refusing seats for many sittings. Ministers are also facing the heat.

Irrigation Minister Ambati Rambabu may have to vacate Sattenapalli. He will be accommodated in another seat or sent to Council.

Now, Health Minister, Vidadala Rajini is also in a similar scenario. Rumors are rife in the constituency that Rajini is unlikely to win this time and Jagan is trying to bring TDP Senior leader, Prathipati Pulla Rao into the party.

In case, Pulla Rao comes, the Chilakaluripeta ticket will go to him and Rajini will have to be accommodated elsewhere.

In such a case, Marri Rajasekhara Reddy may shift to TDP and contest. Marri was denied a ticket in 2019 but was promised to be made a minister by giving MLC.

Jagan did not keep the promise until now. Forget about a cabinet berth, he was not even made an MLC.

Rajini who was previously in TDP joined YSR Congress just before the elections and won over Pulla Rao with a margin of 8,000 votes.
