Rebel Star Prabhas is taking no gap between his releases and coming up with at least two films yearly. After scoring a blockbuster with Salaar last month, Prabhas is getting ready to arrive in theatres in less than six months.
Prabhas’s upcoming film Kalki 2898 AD officially got its release date. It will hit the screens on May 9th this year. This date holds a special place in the history of Vyjayanthi Movies as its blockbuster films Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari, Mahanati and Maharshi had hit the screens on the same day.

Directed by Nag Ashwin, Kalki 2898 AD features Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan in other pivotal roles.
