Netizens Call Out Akshay Kumar Over a New Ad

Akshay Kumar has done a Vimal Elaichi Ad. Soon after the Ad surfaced on the Internet on Monday, Netizens lashed out at the Bollywood actor for “promoting the tobacco brand Vimal”.

Shah Rukh Khan and Ajay Devgn also feature in the controversial Ad. The criticism, however, has been directed at the ‘Mission Raniganj’ actor alone because, only last year, he promised his fans that he wouldn’t do surrogate advertising or any other form of advertising promoting tobacco. Critics are alleging that Akshay doesn’t stick to his stance.
