A shocking case has emerged from Bengaluru, Karnataka, where a 21-year-old Brazilian model has filed a police complaint against a Blinkit delivery worker for alleged physical harassment during a delivery at her residence.
According to reports, the woman had ordered items through Blinkit for home delivery. When the delivery agent arrived, he allegedly tried to misbehave after finding her alone at home, attempting to take advantage of the situation.
She immediately resisted and filed a formal complaint with the local police. Authorities confirmed that the accused has been arrested and that the FIR is now under serious investigation for legal proceedings.
The incident has triggered public outrage on social media, with users condemning the delivery agent’s behaviour and demanding strict punishment. Many called the act shameful and damaging to India’s reputation for women’s safety abroad.
Several women also came forward online to share similar unsafe experiences with delivery agents. The public consensus is clear such offenders must face strict legal action, and stronger safety laws are urgently needed to protect women.
