Love can heal, but when it turns into anger, it destroys. A chilling case from Delhi’s Gandhi Vihar has revealed this dark truth a UPSC aspirant was murdered by his live-in partner.
Ramkesh Meena, 32, was preparing for the UPSC exams and living with his girlfriend, Amrita Chauhan, 21, a forensic science student. Their relationship broke down after a fight over private photos and videos. Amrita accused Ramkesh of recording her secretly and storing the clips on a hard drive.
Driven by revenge, Amrita plotted his murder with her ex-boyfriend, Sumit Kashyap, 27, and his friend, Sandeep Kumar, 29. On the night of October 5, they went to Ramkesh’s flat, strangled him, and set the room on fire using oil, ghee, and wine to make it appear like a gas leak accident.
