Parineeti Chopra, the Bollywood star who once said she would never marry a politician, has done exactly that. She tied the knot with Raghav Chadha, a lawyer and a member of the Aam Aadmi Party, on September 24, 2023, in a grand ceremony in Delhi.
A video has gone viral on the internet, where Parineeti is seen calling Raghav by his name and then sitting and saying “he is looking up on me”. People have called it overacting and showoff in front of the media and guests.
Parineeti, who is known for her roles in movies like Ishaqzaade, Hasee Toh Phasee, and The Girl on the Train, She is currently busy with her upcoming movie Code Name: Tiranga, which is a spy thriller directed by Ribhu Dasgupta.
The movie, which also stars Harrdy Sandhu and Sharad Kelkar, is slated to release on October 14, 2023. Parineeti fans are hoping that her acting in the movie will be better than her acting at her wedding.
