In a pretty significant sex racket bust, a politically influential man named Akhilesh Pailwan Yadavm 34, was arrested by the Hyderabad police a short while ago.
Akhilesh owns the Fortune Hotel in Abids and upon receiving credible tips, the South Zone Task Force raided the hotel and arrested multiple individuals including the owner Akhilesh.
The gang used to procure female sex workers from other countries and ran a sex racket in the mentioned hotel in Abids, Hyderabad. The task force raided the place today and arrested multiple female sex workers, the receptionish and sub-brother organizer Raghupathi, and others. It is identified that 7 other individuals associated with the sex racket are absconding now.
The gang used to charge in the range of Rs 3K-5K per hours for these illegal sexual activities.
Akhilesh is believed to have political ties with highly-placed politicians in the Telugu states. Coming to the gang, they used to lure young women into prostitution by promising them legitimate job opportunities.
