In a shocking and disturbing report coming from Kota, Rajasthan, a man, aged 32, was found murdered in his rented room with evidence pointing towards his head being badgered with stone. The incident has left the locals and the victim’s family in utter grief and disbelief.
Victim originally belonged to Madhya Pradesh and had been living in a live-in relationship with his partner currently absconding. His father reported that he was a daily wage earner and was married with two kids of his own. He said that it was only recently that he started living with another married woman, who too has two children.
The unfortunate incident took place in Ganesh Colony in the Nanta police station of the city. Station House Officer Mukesh Meena informed that the victim originally was a native of Khedi – Ghaat in Khandwa District and that the room in which his body was found was locked. The SHO further said that the police have lodged a murder case under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code against an unidentified person and are currently on the lookout for his female partner.
Victim’s father said that he suspects his live-in partner was the one who committed this inhuman act and has now fled. These are sensitive times for him and his family and the loss they’ve experienced is immense. We wish that no other father has to go through situations like these and justice is served to man and the others involved.
