In the video, a woman is driving a car, and next to her, a man in a police uniform is riding a bike without a helmet. The lady questions him, asking, “Where is your helmet?” At first, he tries to ignore her, but the lady persists in her questioning. The officer responds, “Where do you want to know?” mistakenly assuming she’s asking for directions.
When he realizes that she’s actually questioning him about not wearing a helmet, he once again attempts to ignore her and continues riding. The lady in the car continues to question him until he eventually moves on.
