A shocking incident from Ahmedabad’s Sola Civil Hospital has gone viral online, showing a lady doctor allegedly slapping a patient’s father and then refusing to treat his daughter.
According to reports, Ashik Haribhai Chavda alleged that the incident occurred on October 26, 2025, at the hospital’s Outpatient Department (OPD). He claimed that the female doctor hit him during an argument over his daughter’s treatment.
In the circulating video, the doctor appears visibly frustrated and questions the man for recording her. Chavda said he had brought his daughter, who was suffering from fever and breathing problems, for medical attention. However, the doctor allegedly became angry, refused treatment, and called hospital security.
So far, no official statement has been released by Sola Civil Hospital or the Ahmedabad authorities regarding the matter.

However, a section of viewers urged caution, pointing out that the video may not show the full context. They suggested that the man might have misbehaved or provoked the doctor in ways not captured on camera.
Several users said the clip could have been edited selectively to portray the doctor negatively, and that both sides of the story should be heard before making judgments.
