A video from a Delhi courtroom has gone viral, showing a chaotic brawl breaking out during a hearing. The incident occurred at the SEM North East District Court, which primarily deals with cases under Sections 107 and 151. Both relating to breaches of peace and preventive action.
During the proceedings, two individuals began arguing, and the situation escalated into a physical altercation right in the middle of the courtroom. While the identities of those involved remain unconfirmed, preliminary assumptions suggest the fight may have occurred between two lawyers.

Courtroom violence is rare and considered a serious breach of decorum. The video, now circulating on social media platforms, has drawn sharp reactions from the public, with many expressing concern over the lack of security and control in such formal judicial spaces.
In a separate and equally unusual incident, a video from Delhi University’s Lakshmibai College also caught public attention. It featured the principal, Pratyusha Vatsala, applying cow dung to the walls of a classroom.

According to her, the act is part of a research project exploring indigenous methods for temperature regulation. The initiative, titled “A Study on Thermal Stress Control Using Traditional Indian Knowledge,” is being conducted inside a porta cabin. Vatsala explained that cow dung was chosen for its natural insulating properties and emphasized that the practice is rooted in ancient Indian science.
She has promised to release detailed research findings within a week, asserting that misinformation is being spread without understanding the scientific intent behind the project. She also claimed that such measures were taken to create a better learning environment for students.
