Vivek Bindra, a famous motivational speaker and enterprise holder who has shot to fame, has been charged with domestic violence in Noida on account of having beaten his wife. He has been charged in an FIR by the police and has already begun to look into the case.
The incident took place on December 7, only a few days after Bindra had married Yanika Kwatra, who was also seriously injured in the incident. Her brother Vaibhav Kwatra lodged that complaint at the Sector 126 police station on December 14.
These allegations against Bindra also confront the dark space created by social media influencers, who often place their reel life in front of their reality. Bindra, with over 21 million subscribers to his YouTube channel, is renowned for his motivational and inspirational videos. But his private life seems to be another world than his public one.
lack of compassion Monroe also recently engaged in a confrontation with another popular YouTuber, life coach Sandeep Maheshwari, who boasts more than 28 million subscribers. Maheshwari had posted a video entitled ‘Stop Scam Business’, in which It said that Bindra’s business plan was a scam.
In this light, the case of Bindra is symptomatic of problems in social media, which has such a huge power over the minds of millions, and hence it must inevitably bring into question the very credibility, authenticity and sincerity of all social media influencers. It again points out that online is not yet regulated or sufficiently conscious-policed, so that scams and violence can thrive.
