The New Zealand players were quick to respond and they helped Virat with his cramps.

New Zealand has always been hailed as one of the most gentlemanly teams of cricket. Australian cricketer Simon O’Donnell said that he had a problem with the New Zealand player helping out Kohli or even being anywhere around him during the cramps. He said that Kohli was destroying their team and the New Zealand players shouldn’t have helped him at all. He further mentioned that it wouldn’t have had any impact on fair play as it is no obligation.

This comment made by the Australian cricketer has sparked a controversy over the internet and is being highly criticized by fans. Australians are not famous for their fair play and have been the center of controversy a number of times. Simon made a very Australian comment which is something that’ll be discarded by both the New Zealand team and the cricketing fraternity.
