MI vs DC

Parth Jindal, the co-owner of DC, has come forward with a request to the IPL governing body.

The request is regarding DC’s upcoming match against MI, scheduled to be held at the Wankhede Stadium. Jindal has requested that the BCCI shift the venue from the Wankhede Stadium due to the probable chances of rain.

This request was especially expected from DC, which must win both of its remaining two games to qualify for the playoffs.

On the other hand, MI are in a much more comfortable position, where they have to just win 1 match to make their place in the top 4.

The DC management has given the example of the recent shift in venue for the match between RCB and SRH for very similar reasons of rain.

With DC’s next match being of particularly high-stakes, it will be interesting to see if the BCCI accepts their proposal and shifts the venue to a place far away from the rain gods.
