SRH IPL 2025

Sunrisers Hyderabad entered the 2025 IPL season with sky-high expectations, and they were the loudest ones hyping themselves up.

After breaking the IPL’s highest score record three times last season, they strutted into 2025 like they were champions in waiting.

With power hitters like Travis Head, Abhishek Sharma, Klaasen, and Nitish Reddy, they were expected to be the deadliest batting unit. Their 286-run first match only fueled their cocky narrative: “We’re unstoppable.”

But reality hit hard. After that one big win, SRH became a full-blown disaster. In their next 9 matches, they’ve managed just two wins and suffered seven crushing defeats.

Their playoff hopes are all but over, and the same fans who once screamed “Orange Army” are now roasting them with brutal memes and scathing posts.

The team that once terrified opponents with its batting now looks clueless, chaotic, and overconfident to the point of self-destruction.

To make matters worse, after a lucky win against Chennai, they had the audacity to go on a Maldives vacation while still sinking in the points table.

This decision triggered massive backlash. Fans are now sarcastically saying after the kind of performance they gave in IPL 2025 Assam would be the perfect destination for them. Instead of fixing their collapse, SRH chose selfies and beach chairs.

SRH has become an overhyped, undercooked mess. Sunrisers need less swagger and more substance — or just accept they’ve become the biggest joke of IPL 2025.
