Following the commercial success of Good Bad Ugly (GBU), actor Ajith Kumar took a short break and recently announced his next film titled Daredevil, under the direction of Adhik Ravichandran. The shooting of Daredevil is set to begin by September and Ajith Kumar’s wife, Shalini Ajith Kumar, is producing the film.
Even though there haven’t been any official updates on Ajith Kumar’s next project following Daredevil, sources suggest that the actor has already started hearing stories for his 65th and 66th films.
While earlier speculations suggested that director Siruthai Siva was the frontrunner to helm Ajith Kumar’s 65th film, fresh reports now suggest that an assistant director of SS Rajamouli recently narrated a magnum opus story to Ajith Kumar. After the narration, the actor immediately gave it the green light.
Consequently, the team is now working to secure a producer for the film. If everything goes well, it will be Ajith Kumar’s immediate next project after Daredevil. Furthermore, information indicates that this magnum opus requires a massive budget and the director plans to shoot it in five languages.
In response to this speculation, many of Ajith Kumar’s fans have already started suggesting on social media that he should definitely materialize this project as his next. They note that after Vijay quit his acting career and became the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, the Kollywood industry now requires a solid superstar of his league.
