Dhanush is reportedly planning another major launch within his family. After introducing his nephew Pavish as a lead actor in Nilavuku En Mel Ennadi Kobam, the actor-filmmaker is now rumoured to be preparing his son Yatra’s entry into Kollywood as a lead hero.
According to ongoing industry speculation, Dhanush intends to direct a mass commercial entertainer featuring Yatra in the lead role. The project is reportedly backed by Raaj Kamal Films International, which is also producing Dhanush’s tentatively titled D55, directed by Rajkumar Periyasamy.
Reports further suggest that the film’s promo shoot will take place in Chennai soon. DOP Velraj is expected to handle the cinematography, while GV Prakash Kumar is reportedly being considered to compose the music for the project.
These rumours have sparked mixed reactions among Kollywood audiences and Dhanush’s fan base. While some fans are excited about Yatra’s potential debut under his father’s direction, others are concerned about the impact such a project could have on Dhanush’s career trajectory.
