Following the back to back commercial success of Karuppu and Vishwanath and Sons, Suriya is all set to return with his next release, which is Scene directed by Jithu Madhavan and it is gearing up for a worldwide theatrical release on November 6th as a Diwali special.

Since Scene is Jithu Madhavan’s immediate film after the massive success of Aavesham and marks Malayalam actor Naslen’s Kollywood debut, it has carried huge expectations among audiences since its announcement.

In this scenario, the synopsis of the film Scene has reportedly leaked online and is going viral. According to the leaked plot, the story revolves around police officer Inbaraj, played by Suriya, who finds himself drawn back into an old case he once left behind. The case brings new challenges and complications, following how Inbaraj takes up the investigation once again and fights to uncover the truth.

In response to this leaked synopsis, many social media users are suggesting that the plot seems outdated, noting that even Suriya’s 2003 blockbuster Kaakha Kaakha had a similar premise.

Hence, they feel the success of Scene now solely relies on the screenplay and in case Jithu Madhavan slips up, Scene has a huge risk of ending up as a failure.
