It was only a few days ago that the country was shaken by a disastrous airplane crash that claimed the lives of more than 274 people, including those onboard.

This accident also raised questions about the security arrangements made in the flights operated by Air India.
Reportedly, operations are still underway to recover the remains of bodies under rubbles on the site of the accident where temperatures soared more than 1000 degrees!

In the meantime, a passenger from another Air India flight shared a video on social media showing the current condition of the flights operated by the company.

She said, “I am really shocked to see the irresponsible behavior of this flight.” The passenger also added, “We are pushing the crew button but none of them is coming. We called the crew members more than 100 times but none of them responded.”
The passenger also said, “There is zero awareness of things going on. If there is some technical issue, you shouldn’t disturb passengers and arrange a different flight for them.”
At a time when one Air India flight already caused multiple fatalities due to technical failure, this new incident only deepens public mistrust and raises serious concerns about the airline’s operational safety, passenger care, and accountability.
