Several people in Canada were at significant risk when a few individuals sprayed an unknown substance in a packed theater during a Hindi movie screening. The audience was swiftly evacuated after the misconduct.
The incident occurred in Toronto, where a Hindi movie was being shown to around 200 people. Suddenly, a group of individuals got up and sprayed an aerosol-based irritating substance in the enclosed theater, leading everyone to cough and sneeze. The situation could have been more dangerous, as no one knew what was being sprayed, but people were evacuated quickly, and there were no serious injuries.
Investigators reported that the suspects, including one black individual with lighter skin tone and another brown individual, fled the scene.
The incident didn’t occur only in one place; another similar incident took place in Peel. Police suspect that these two incidents may not be coincidental.
