Gangster Sahil was successfully detained by security agencies in the USA.
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has recently put a reward for any information that can be vital for the gangster’s arrest. A red corner notice was also issued by the Interpol against Sahil. His arrest has put Indian agencies on high alert.
Sahil is originally from Rohtak and had been living in the USA for an extended period. He is believed to be a close aide of gangster Himanshu Bhau. Sahil has been accused of murder, attempted murder, criminal conspiracy and extortion.
This is seen as a major success by law enforcement agencies against organized gang crimes. Speculations are on whether Sahil will be extradited to India for further prosecution. The mastermind behind all these crimes, Himanshu Bhau, is operating from the US.
