Sai Ram Gollapalli, a bright Telugu student at California State University East Bay, has been struck by a devastating accident while driving his bike, casting a shadow of despair over his promising future.

On the afternoon of May 8th, tragedy unfolded at the intersection of Carlos Bee Blvd and Mission Blvd, as Sai made his way to visit family.

Pursuing his Master’s in Computer Science, he carried the hopes and dreams of his family, who showered him with love and support following the loss of their younger daughter.

The accident inflicted grave injuries upon Sai, leaving him in critical condition.
