BB9: NIkhil & Gaurav Evicted; Fire Storms All Out

When the 9th season of the Bigg Boss Telugu TV show went live, the initial few weeks went well. Seeing the huge response to the TV show, the organizers immediately brought in wild card contestants into the house. First, Divya entered the house in the third week and then in 5 weeks, they brought in more wild card contestants as Fire Storms.

Wild Card contestants are usually introduced to spice up the TV show. They are expected to give a tough competition to the existing contestants in reaching the top five stage. However, the strategy backfired. Week after Week, the wild card contestants began taking the exit door from the house.

With only Nikhil and Gaurav remained in the house, among the wild card contestants, these two are eliminated this week. Already, Nikhil took the exit door from the house on Saturday. On Sunday, it will be Gaurav who will come out of the house.

While Ayesha had to take the exit door because of her health issues, Pickles Ramya’s eviction is deemed to be unfair. She should have been given a chance. Madhuri was also evicted for irrelevant reasons. Interestingly, Nikhil improved his game but then he got less votes.

Bigg Boss adaped a unusual strategy this time to introduce the wild card contestants early this season. But, the contestants that they picked made no sense. They do not have a big popularity. Even if a couple of them are famous, the organizers did not give them enough screen time.

All that happened so far this season is Bigg Boss favouring Tanuja. In order to save her and put her in limelight, multiple contestants had to get evicted.

Finally, Nikhil Nair and Gaurav Gupta are evicted from the show this week.
