Urvashi Rautela was seen gloating about Daaku Maharaaj at various interviews. Apparently, she made it sound like the film’s collection of 105+ crore was all because of her.
For a fact, her dance number from the film with Nandamuri Balakrishna called Dabidi Dibidi went viral on YouTube. The Hindi version gathered 2.1 million views, the Telugu lyrical video had 30 million views, at the same time the full video got 5.3 million views.
But now as the film releases on Netflix, fans are noticing that she is not even included in the official Netflix poster. She plays sub-inspector Janaki in the movie and the film is releasing on OTT ahead of her birthday, so what could be the reason for this utter neglect by makers?
Netizens made fun of her own catchphrase stating “India’s first woman to be removed from the poster of a 105+ crore film”. It must be really embarrassing for her and fans await her reaction to the whole scenario.
Urvashi is known for involving herself in controversies and praising herself for achievements that don’t seem factually accurate. Many netizens stated that this incident might make her learn a lesson – Daaku Maharaaj will start streaming on Netflix on February 21.
