Dhurandhar is now available on OTT, ending the long wait for fans. The much-hyped film was released on Netflix on January 30, 2026, after a successful theatrical run across several regions.
The movie is streaming in multiple languages, including Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Arabic, Spanish and Portuguese. However, some viewers feel the language options are limited for a film with such wide reach.
Dhurandhar had received a strong response in theatres, especially in Karnataka. In fact, it emerged as the best-performing state for the Aditya Dhar directorial.
Despite this, the film has not been released in Kannada on Netflix. This has led to criticism on social media platforms like X, with many questioning the makers’ decision.
Some users also pointed out that the movie is available in Tamil, even though it did not perform as well in Tamil Nadu. Others argued that since most shows in Karnataka were in Hindi, the makers skipped a Kannada version.
Whatever the reason, the language debate has once again gained momentum after Dhurandhar’s OTT release this Friday.
