It seems that people are not happy with the service that Jio Hotstar is providing. After the merging of two platforms like JioCinema and Disney+ Hotstar, users expected that the good qualities from both platforms will enrich the overall user experience, but it looks like a downgrade.
Subscribers are frustrated with the streaming experience on Jio Hotstar. Ads Are one reason, glitches are another. With two streamers like JioCinema and Disney+ Hotstar going together, they could create a revolutionary monopoly in sports streaming. But cricket fans are not very satisfied with the platform now.

Sometimes they complain with the commentary and cannot find their comfortable language on the platform. And sometimes it is an advertisement after every over of the match.

It has happened multiple times that the match lags and the commentary does not follow. There have been several complaints about the quality of the HD screening as well.

Netizens have a lot to say about other content slates of the platform but it is mainly the sports streaming that is disappointing users. Jio Hotstar will have to take care of the sports streaming segment as it pulls a major chunk of subscribers towards the platform.
