‘Adolescence’ has become highly popular in India and it might go on to become one of the most successful English shows on Netflix India. But after this, users expect Netflix India to bring pre-release screeners for critics.
Platforms like Prime Video and AppleTV follow this and organize pre-release screeners for international titles and Netflix is the only international platform that is not doing so. It needs to follow Prime and AppleTV’s example to perform better in India.

Fans say that probably Netflix is not giving Indian critics enough value and do not think that they are capable of judging their content. But it will be unfair to say so.
If Netflix starts pre-release screeners, this early access will allow them to plan their coverage better and the promotions will be easier for them. The critics too will get more visibility and it will be a good decision for both parties.

Considering how more and more international titles are coming to Netflix India every month, the platform will do better to organize these early access plans and it will not harm their streaming services in any way.
