Prime Video India’s new rule of Device limits is again attracting outrage from users. As M9 News continues reporting user feedback, subscriber unrest is growing day by day.
As per the new rules, one subscription from Prime Video will allow five devices that can include two TVs. Users were fine with this. But the platform does not allow the removal of more than two devices per month and this is where all the problems are.

Users are urging the platform to make some changes in the rules. Even changing the two televisions limit to two ‘concurrent’ televisions seems to be a better idea for some.
Some are also complaining about the process being very complicated and incomprehensible. There are many posts on social media about people not understanding why they are not being able to stream on their devices with Prime Video even with the subscription.

Maybe it is time the platform starts rethinking about its Device limits policies. The policy does not seem to be going in favour of Prime but it is only turning subscribers against it. Prime should know better and take care of customer satisfaction.
