The second season of the Tamil web series ‘Suzhal: The Vortex’ is out now and it is getting confusingly mixed reactions from around the globe.
In India, people are rating it as not as good as the season 1 and most reviews are average to decent. But the show is trending in number 1 position in Japan and is having great engagement abroad.

Indian fans were excited for the continuation of the story but felt like being cheated after the underwhelming second installment. But audiences in Japan do not seem to share the same views.
Suzhal comes from the trusted director duo of Pushkar and Gayathri and their projects like Vikram Vedha have already found their place in the international market.

The show is also trending at number 1 in UAE and Malaysia and at no. 2 in Singapore. The wonderful international reception is great news and people are demanding a third season of the show soon. If a more carefully plotted and executed season 3 comes from Pushkar and Gayathri, there is high chance that it will be highly appreciated in India as well.
