TVF has become a term often used synonymously with relatability, owing to their highly grounded and heart-touching shows that resonate with the general public.

The case is no different for ‘Very Parivarik’, a weekly show released on TVF’s YouTube channel that has managed to capture the attention, hearts and minds of the public.

Starring Srishti Rindani (Shelly), Pranay Pachauri (Anish), and Kanupriya Pandit (Shakuntala) among several others, the show attempts to give a comedic insight at the attempt of the modern generation to try and integrate well with their parents’ traditional way of lifestyle.

Many have said that the dynamic performances of the cast bring life to their characters along with hitting a bullseye in terms of portrayal of the little but significant cultural aspects in an Indian household while giving them a comedic twist in a classic TVF way.

Some have also pointed out the extreme stereotypical representation of the characters in some places, which feels like a deliberate attempt at comedy.
