Mumbai-based influencer Sarthak Sachdeva sparked a storm after doing something unusual for his vlog. He decided to explore celebrity neighbourhoods in Mumbai and check what they throw away. What began as curiosity soon turned into controversy.
Sarthak and his team visited several celebrity homes and went through their trash. They claimed to find surprising items that revealed glimpses of celebrity lifestyles. But one particular discovery took things too far.
Outside Shraddha Kapoor’s house, Sarthak found a set of used AirPods in a Hello Kitty case, along with luxury clothing items. He assumed they belonged to Shraddha because of the distinctive case, and shared this on his vlog.
Then came the shocker. At Akshay Kumar’s residence, Sarthak allegedly found a discarded Hindustan Times Entertainment award. The video suggested that Akshay had thrown it away, sparking instant backlash.
Fans and netizens trolled Akshay for disrespecting an award and the love it represents. Even Hindustan Times questioned if this was how he valued the recognition he received. The criticism hit hard, and Akshay found himself in an awkward spotlight.
Meanwhile, Sarthak is now in trouble. Reports claim Akshay’s PR team is taking action against him for invading privacy and mishandling sensitive content.
