In an interview five years ago, Deepika and Alia, along with other stars, discussed their roles. During that interview, Deepika specifically mentioned that she felt safe and in her comfort zone while shooting Tamasha.
She even said that she and Imtiaz were a great duo and that she was his favourite actress.
However, after this recent video surfaced, Alia’s fans claimed that Deepika’s old statement now seems embarrassing and feels like a slap to her overconfidence.
