Tiger Shroff has been struggling to deliver a box office hit for a long time, specifically after the COVID-19 pandemic. While the content has been the biggest problem, it is the choices of Tiger that are not helping him a lot these days.
Tiger will next appear in Baaghi 4, which is the fourth entry of the successful franchise, Baaghi. The first part was released around nine years ago and unexpectedly became successful due to the hype created by its trailer, action, and soundtrack.

Tiger’s character Rony was one of the reasons why the first two films managed to become hits. However, the response was mixed to the Baaghi 3, which came out around a month before the pandemic and managed to gross only Rs. 92 crores by the end of its theatrical run.
The tagline of Baaghi 4 says that “This time he is not the same”, which has hinted that the upcoming installment could be different compared to the first three parts. But the box office potential remains in question.

There was a time when audiences used to show a lot of excitement after a film of Tiger Shroff was announced. However, the same excitement does not exist anymore.
The reason is the kind of scripts being chosen by the actor and the misuse of his martial arts skills on the screen for over-the-top sequences.

Tiger’s last solo film was Ganapath, which was released back in 2023 and became a disaster at the box office. His previous release Heropanti 2 also had a similar fate and everyone remembers what happened with Bade Miyan Chote Miyan last year.
After so many flops, there is no possibility that audiences would return to the theatres to watch Tiger’s film anymore.
Just like every other actor, Tiger is undoubtedly willing to bounce back and for that, he has to come out of his comfort zone and try something else since people are now well-aware that Tiger can perform some good action and has some amazing dancing skills.
