Vicky Kaushal’s Chhaava left a major section of the audience in tears, specifically in the last 40 minutes.

Although the concern has not taken the form of controversy until now, trade experts have addressed their opinion on the same, with most of them calling it a risk that brought some amazing results at the box office.
Trade analyst Atul Mogan said that it is a portion that has been discussed for most of the time, which is the ruthlessness of Aurangzeb and the strength of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. On the other hand, Taran Adarsh said that such films need to show reality instead of fictionalizing the details.

The owner of Bihar-based Roopbani Cinema, Vishek Chauhan, seemingly praised the makers for opting to show violence towards the end, stating that the scenes prove the strength of the main character and how he defeats the main villain without getting into hand-to-hand combat.
The violence featured in Chhaava’s final 40 minutes was expected to happen, specifically since the film is rated UA 16+ instead of UA 13+. However, it is still appropriate for kids until they are accompanied by their parents.

The film has already grossed Rs. 300 crores and with no major competition for around two weeks, it remains to be seen if Chhaava can end its run with Rs. 500 crores.
