China’s President Xi Jinping met our Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the annual summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation in Kazakh capital. Xi Jinping surprised Indians by revealing that he watched the sports drama ‘Dangal’.
‘Dangal‘ has performed phenomenally in China collecting more than Rs. 1100 crores and still running in 7000 theatres across the country. Bollywood’s Mr Perfect, Aamir Khan’s previous movie ‘pk’ also did well in China and that is the reason why ‘Dangal’ was released in more than 7000 screens to exploit China market for Bollywood films.
