Social Media in Shock: FIR Against Shah Rukh & DP

SRK and Deepika face Hyundai FIR

Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone are facing legal trouble linked to Hyundai. A woman named Kirti Singh from Bharatpur, Rajasthan has filed a case against the actors and the company.

SRK and Deepika have long been brand ambassadors for Hyundai. Kirti stated in her complaint that she purchased a Hyundai car after seeing their advertisements. However, the vehicle reportedly developed issues from the first day.

The car began showing technical faults, and despite approaching the company, Kirti received no response. Bharatpur police have launched an investigation into the matter, bringing SRK and Deepika’s names into the case.

Under Indian law, brand ambassadors can be held responsible if endorsed products face issues. The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 allows penalties on endorsers in such circumstances. This has added weight to the ongoing case.

So far, SRK and Deepika have not reacted to the issue. Many social media users believe it is not a major problem for them since it concerns technical faults in a vehicle.

Some users added that the matter may be settled through a penalty or by replacing or repairing the car. Others are curious if the controversy will affect their upcoming film’s response at the box office. Updates are awaited.
