Nine people were arrested during a raid in our National Capital on Thursday by New Delhi police for selling pirated soft copies and DVDs of unreleased films on the main streets of the city. The yet to be released ‘Great Grand Masti’ DVDs and soft copies were recovered along with some laptops and laptops.

This isn’t the first time that unreleased films’ DVDs and soft copies were sold causing big concern for film makers. Even one of the most controversial ‘Udta Punjab’ and many other movies came out before release. The availability of pirated copies of newly released films has become an obvious one.
Cases were booked on the people who were caught selling the DVDs of ‘Great Grand Masti’. The laptops recovered from the defaulters contained soft copies of many recently released which they would be selling for a meagre amount of Rs.10 to Rs.50.
